All accepted, registered and presented papers will be considered for publication in the peer-reviewed and reputed journals of ictact.
Best papers award(s) will be presented to authors whose work represents ground-breaking research in their respective areas.
The conference follows a double-blind review process, where submitted papers are evaluated by experts in relevant fields to ensure quality and suitability for publication. The Technical Program Committee (TPC), appointed by the Technical Program Chair, reviews all submissions. Reviews are conducted within a defined timeframe, and authors are notified of decisions simultaneously. The Technical Program Chair holds final responsibility for the selection and acceptance of all papers, ensuring a fair, consistent, and high-standard evaluation process.
The conference follows a rigorous peer review process to ensure high-quality and original research. All
submissions are initially evaluated by the Chair of the Technical Program Committee (TPC) for relevance,
originality, and quality. Manuscripts with significant flaws, poor language, or outside the conference scope
are rejected at this stage, while exceptional papers may be accepted.
Eligible papers are reviewed by at least two independent experts. The conference adopts a double-blind review
process, ensuring anonymity of both authors and reviewers. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise,
with assignments aligned to the manuscript’s subject area, and the reviewer database is regularly updated.
Referees evaluate whether the manuscript is original, methodologically sound, adheres to ethical guidelines, presents results clearly supporting its conclusions, and appropriately references relevant prior work. Based on these assessments, a final decision to accept or reject the manuscript is communicated to the authors, along with reviewers’ recommendations and comments. The editor considers the referees’ advice but holds the authority for the final decision, which is binding and conclusive.
Plagiarism, whether intentional or unintentional, is a serious ethical violation. It involves presenting others’ ideas, text, data, or creative work (such as tables, figures, and graphs) as original without proper citation. The conference defines plagiarism as reproduction of another work with 25% or more similarity without appropriate acknowledgment. Strict adherence to originality is required, and only genuine contributions are accepted. Any manuscript found to contain plagiarized content may be rejected at any stage of the review or publication process.
